Steven Stapley

Steven is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and the sole bookkeeper behind every account this firm handles. No handoffs, no rotating team, and no offshore staff touching your books. He's currently completing his accounting degree at Arizona State University on his way to a CPA license, and works hands-on with QuickBooks Online every working day.

Before bookkeeping, Steven spent two years in Panama leading a group of thirty as a missionary representative: teaching, training others, and being personally accountable for people who were counting on him. It's the same standard he brings to every client's books.

The Stapley name has been in Arizona business since 1895, when Orley Seymour Stapley opened a hardware and farm supply store on Main Street in Mesa and grew it into the largest mercantile business in the state. He was Steven's great-great-grandfather, four generations straight up his father's side, and Steven carries his first name: his legal name is Orley Steven Stapley. He built this firm to carry that same care into small business bookkeeping today.

He works with businesses across the Phoenix Valley and, because bookkeeping is remote work, with clients anywhere in the country.
