What's the catch with the free month?
No card to start, and nothing auto-renews. For one month I categorize every transaction, reconcile every account, and build a report around your questions. On day 31 you decide whether to continue at the monthly price I quoted. If you are not on QuickBooks Online, I cover the subscription for that month. The free month does not include cleanup: books that are behind get a cleanup quote first.
What will it actually cost?
From $200 a month, invoiced monthly, and the first month is free for new clients. Your exact price in writing before any work begins. Cleanup and catch-up are a flat fee, paid in full before work begins.
What do you need from me?
An accountant invite to QuickBooks Online, statements by the 5th of each month for any account without a bank feed, and answers to the list of transactions I cannot categorize without you.
My books are months behind. Is that a problem?
No. Most new clients arrive behind. Cleanup is a normal project: a flat fee, quoted in writing and paid in full before work begins. The price does not change if the work takes longer.
Do you need my bank login?
Never. You invite me into QuickBooks Online. Bank access is view-only.
Do you do taxes or payroll?
No. I keep the books clean so your tax preparer has less to fix.
I am not in Arizona. Can you still help?
Yes. QuickBooks Online is cloud based. I work with clients nationwide.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI tools to work faster, and I review every number myself before it reaches you. I never enter passwords or bank logins into an AI tool, since I never have them.
How fast do you reply?
I answer every message the same evening.
